Coaching Philosophy
Rachelle coaches Judo at the grassroots level. Believing every child deserves the chance to learn in a safe, positive, encouraging and happy environment where they can thrive both on and off the mat.
With over four decades dedicated to the art of Judo, Rachelle brings unmatched experience, passion, and knowledge to the mat. Starting as a dedicated athlete 43 years ago, she carried that lifelong love for Judo into a 30-year coaching career.
My aim is to give each student a strong foundation, to not only build better more skilled athletes but also shape confident individuals.
