🥋 Introduction to Contest Skills – Learn key strategies and techniques for Judo competition.
🥋 Opportunity to Try Competition – Experience the thrill of Judo contests and gain confidence in a competitive setting.
🥋 Judo Fundamentals – Still building on fundamentals but now with more emphasis on dynamic movement.
🥋 Engaging and Fun Games – Keep learning exciting with games designed to enhance Judo skills in a playful way.
🥋 BJA Grading Progression – Work towards achieving Mon grades through the British Judo Association's structured syllabus.
🥋 Strength & Conditioning – Enhance overall fitness, endurance, and flexibility to support Judo performance. Strengthen essential movement skills through focused drills and exercises. Still building on Coordination & Agility . Within the judo class structure as apposed to gym style. to keep it fun
🥋 Discipline & Focus – Develop mental resilience, self-discipline, and a focus and concentration through Judo practice. and guidance.
🥋 Officials Opportunity - First chance to take part in officiating as a time keeper. Within the club at first and then to gain the qualification within the wider judo world.
